Lakeside Alliance is excited to announce the prequalification process has started for the Obama Presidential Center!
Lakeside Alliance invites Contractors interested in first-tier opportunities (If you plan to bid as a second tier subcontractor, it is not necessary to fill out the PQ form) for the following bid packages to complete the prequalification process:

Leveraging the resources of our partners, prequalifications will be completed using the Turner Construction system. Prequalifications completed using the Turner Construction system for the Obama Presidential Center project will be shared with all five members of the Lakeside Alliance team (Brown & Momen, Powers & Sons, Safeway Construction, Turner Construction, and Ujamaa) giving your company exposure to other exciting work in Chicago. If you are already prequalified with Turner, you do not need to submit another PQ form.
Please have the following available before starting the prequalification process:
- Basic company information (contacts, MWBE reporting, etc.)
- EMR for the most recent three years and a letter from your insurance carrier or state fund verifying these rates
- OSHA (300 and 300A logs) information for the most recent three years
- Trade details – what work you will be bidding
- Vital Statistics (license numbers, employment numbers, project history, average volume, bank information, contractor/supplier references)
- Insurance Details
- Surety Info – job will utilize subcontractor default insurance in lieu of bonding
- Financial statements for the past 3 years
