Lakeside Alliance is pleased to announce the release of our first bid package for the Obama Presidential Center. The Maintenance of Traffic (MOT) package includes traffic signaling, paving removal/replacement, traffic control, site utilities, and fence/jersey barriers.
Lakeside Alliance will host an outreach meeting on Thursday, January 30th from 1pm to 3pm to provide details on the bidding process and to answer pertinent questions.
Contractors interested in bidding on the Maintenance of Traffic package as a first-tier must complete a prequalification. Additional information on how to prequalify can be found HERE.
Lakeside Alliance will issue invitations to bid on Monday, February 3rd. The week of February 17th, we will host a Q&A day for contractors to answer any additional questions. Bids will be due Friday, February 28th.
